Sam Curran (49) is one away from becoming the sixth player to take 50 wickets for England in men’s T20Is; his T20I bowling average against Pakistan (18.4) is his second best against any team (min. 10 overs bowled) behind Sri Lanka (12.3).
Phil Salt has scored 28.6% of England’s runs when he’s played in men’s T20Is since the beginning of 2023, the best rate of any player for a Test playing country in that time (min. 2 innings); in fact, teammate Jonny Bairstow (27.2%) is ranked second in this category.
