Cummins finishes off the innings with his third scalp and from another bouncer. Kumara was swinging at every ball so it was only a matter of time before he sent one up in the air, with Dowrich taking a very smart catch over his shoulder.
Sri Lanka have been skittled out for 185 which gives Windies a comprehensive lead of 229 runs. There was a mix of poor shots and good deliveries throughout the innings along with some very dodgy running. The bowling attack can be very pleased with their efforts but with 42 extras they have something to work on.
Holder has decided not to enforce the follow-on so the Windies batsmen will be looking to put the game out of sight against a weary bowling attack after the tea break.

Holder calls the troops in. Windies gets to a lead of over 450 and decide that is plenty, with enough time to get these 10 wickets as well. A huge task for the Sri Lankan batsmen. They need to bat out 5 sessions to squeeze out a result. A solid start from the openers will breed confidence through the rest of the line up. The Windies bowlers will be coming out all guns blazing.

That ends the morning session. Sri Lanka put in a decent effort there. With the bleak situation they are in, the bowlers have shown some fight. Just the 78 runs scored, and three wickets taken. The Windies will have wanted to be closer towards a 500 lead, but they probably have more than enough already. Either a declaration or Windies getting bowled out to come in the afternoon, then Sri Lanka can put all their focus into batting.

Another poor decision from the umpire it seems. Kumara is forward to defend, it sneaks through bat and pad to the keeper, and the finger is raised. The noise was the ball flicking the front pad, so no luck for the Sri Lankan tail.
Even without those poor decisions, Windies were going to cruise to victory anyway. They dominated in all three departments, and deserve the win to give them a 1-0 lead. The big first innings total set it all up, which was mainly down to a quality Shane Dowrich century. They then applied pressure with the ball, and the visitors had no answer. Kusal Mendis provided fight in the second innings with a fifth Test ton, but it wasn't good enough to drag Sri Lanka back into the frame. They will have to find some ways to improve if they want to level things in the next Test, which begins on Friday.

Windies are convinced there is an edge, so much so that the umpire eventually raises the finger. Could be a dodgy call this one. Clear daylight between bat and ball on the replay. Harsh. Windies are one away.

Both batsmen are at one end, and it should be an easy chance for a run out. Chase throws to Bishoo, but he cannot collect cleanly, and it allows the batsman to get back.

Four wickets in the session for the Windies. They bowled much better this morning than they did last night, and are on the verge of an excellent victory. Should be done and dusted this afternoon.
